The red grape called Monica is one of Sardinia’s most ancient. The grape is cultivated in deep, relatively chalky soils that are well-exposed to the sun – these conditions enable it to express all of its potential.

Aroma: assertive, laced with notes of red-berry jam; vegetal, heady and fruit-driven.
Palate: dry, slightly acidic, flavoursome, smooth and well-bodied.
