Productivity in wine: Nearly 75 q/ha.

Resa in vino: Nearly 60 hl/ha

Harvest time: 10th - 20th September

Wine-making: Prevalently deriving from the homonymous vineyard,the grapes are selected during the manual harvest, When they come in the wine cellar, they are deprived of the grape-stalks, crushed and submitted to a soft pressing. The obtained must ferments at the temperature of 17/18°C with selected autochthonous yeasts in steel tanks (95%) and in barriques (5%).

Organoleptical characteristics: The colour is brilliant straw yellow rather intense with green tints. Of good intensity and persistence with floral and vegetable scents. Notes of grass, flowers of field and tomato leaf stand out in this wine. It has got strength and freshness, conferred by the acidity; it is also warm and soft, thanks to the consistent structure. You can find the aromatic agreeability with persistent floral finish. It can withstand two years of aging and over.
