Vinification: En blanc with fermentation at 18 °C.
Characteristics: Light straw yellow with greenish hues. Floral aroma, delicate and pleasant. Dry, medium-bodied, elegant.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with white fish, crustaceans, shellfish and white meats.
