It has a pleasantly aromatic nose with hints of spring flowers and tropical fruit, accompanied by a dry, fresh palate with lively fruit. The fruity flavour is accentuated by the typical aroma of the grape variety. It is good as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to appetisers, fish and white meats.

VARIETY: Vermentino, a variety that probably originated in Spain, has adapted well to the soils and climate conditions of the western Mediterranean.
PRODUCTION AREA: The variety’s natural habitat is in northern Sardinia, where it is grown on the coast and on the gentle hillslopes inland. At Tenute Sella&Mosca, Vermentino accounts for more than 150 hectares of the vine stock.
HARVEST PERIOD: 2nd week of September.
WINEMAKING: Soft-crushing of the grapes, gentle cleaning of the free-run juice and controlled-temperature fermentation make this a light, fresh-tasting, subtly appealing and irresistibly easy-drinking wine.
APPEARANCE: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. NOSE: Temptingly aromatic varietal notes of spring flowers and tropical fruits.
PALATE: Dry, fresh, bright and fruit-forward. The fruitiness of the palate is underlined by Vermentino’s varietal aromatics.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
ACIDITY LEVEL: 5,5 g/l. SERVE: At a temperature of 10°C.
