Made from Cannonau and Sangiovese. Its nose combines the delicate, fragrant, elegant typical floral notes of Sangiovese and the light vinous sensations of Cannonau. On the palate it is dry, fresh and well balanced, with attractive hints of red fruit, cherries and ripe damsons, making it highly drinkable. It is excellent with aperitifs, fish soups and white meats.

HARVEST PERIOD: Second and third weeks of September.
WINEMAKING: Must from the destemmed and crushed bunches is chilled with liquid carbon dioxide and left in contact with the skins in the fermentation vessel for about 15 hours. After devatting, the free-run juice is fermented at controlled temperatures to extract the fruit and flower fragrances that further enhance the elegance of the varieties in the blend.
APPEARANCE: Cherry pink.
NOSE: The subtle fragrances and elegant florality of Sangiovese vinified with brief skin contact fuse with hints of youthful alcohol from the Cannonau.
PALATE: Dry, fresh-tasting and harmonious. Appealing sensations of red berry fruits, cherries and ripe damsons tell you the wine is ready for the corkscrew.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
ACIDITY LEVEL: 5,5 g/l.
SERVE: At a temperature of 10-12°C.
FOOD MATCHINGS: With starters, fish soups or white meats.
